I was born and raised in Norwalk, Ohio. I earned my BSBA from BGSU and my MBA from Ashland University.

I have 10 years experience in the insurance industry specializing in personal lines.

Personally, I love working with my clients to best protect their families, and I love to follow my kids' sporting events of the season and traveling with my family.

My weekends are spent following my kids' activities or in the kitchen creating a great meal for my family and friends to enjoy.

I am passionate about the Piggyback Foundation supporting families with a terminal illness, Teen Leadership Corps developing youth into the leaders of our future and coaching youth athletics.

Lori Nickoli
Licensed Sales Producer

I received my Property and Casualty license in December of 2013 and began working for the Dilger Maxwell Agency in January of 2014. I grew up in Norwalk and am a graduate of Monroeville High School. After graduating from High School I lived in Hartford, Cincinnati, Cleveland and Philadelphia while working for American Airlines for 17 years. What I find most exciting at work is hearing people's stories. I am compassionate, and like to help people in need.

I love to travel with my family and experience new places. I love to cook for my husband and kids as well as entertaining. Usually, I can be found attending one of my four children's sporting events. My favorite way to spend my weekend is relaxing at home with my family. I would find it impossible to give up coffee in the morning. I often volunteer at my children school events. I am passionate about giving to the poor and those in need.

I have been working in insurance for 18 years. I was raised in the Air Force and have lived in several states and the Philippine Islands. What I most enjoy about working in this field is saving our customers money and educating them about their coverages.

In my free time, I enjoy taking care of my yard, cooking, and baking. I could talk all day about my 3 grandsons! It would be nearly impossible for me to give up on girls' nights out on Fridays, bonfires, and volunteering on Saturdays and church on Sundays. I am really passionate about food drives, helping the elderly with their yard work, and I also enjoy using my snow blower to help my neighbors keep their driveways clear.

I was born and raised in Norwalk OH, where I graduated from St Paul High School.  My three sons attended Norwalk City Schools (2 have graduated from Norwalk High School, my last is currently a senior at Norwalk High). My experience in insurance started when I began working at the Dilger-Maxwell agency in November of 2013, and I most enjoy being able to help our customers with their insurance needs.

If asked what I'd have a hard time giving up I'd have to say spending time with my children and my family and friends. When I'm not working you can find me at a Cross Country or Wrestling meet on the weekend or working out with my best friend! I also love being able to spend time with my family and friends! I love to volunteer, and I work numerous concession stands for sports teams at NHS, as well as the "Team Mom" for the Wrestling team.

I received my Property and Casualty license in August of 2016 and began working for the Dilger-Maxwell Agency shortly after that. I grew up in Bellevue and graduated from Bellevue Senior High School in 2012. Following that I attended Heidelberg University in Tiffin where I continued my football career and graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice. The thing that excites me most about this job is working with my very talented and helpful co-workers; also, being able to provide people with the protection their family needs, as well as giving back through our community cause.

There are many activities and hobbies that I enjoy but my favorite is simply spending time with my family. Outside of work and family time, you can find me just about anywhere with my friends or at a sporting event, mainly a Columbus Blue Jackets game where I am a proud season ticket holder. One of the things I am most passionate about is coaching football, I am currently a defensive back coach for Norwalk High School.

I have my Property & Casualty License and I have been in the industry for 5 years now. I am originally from Sandusky and a Sandusky High School graduate. I moved to Norwalk in 1999 and lived there for 16 years. I recently got married and made the move to Wakeman with my husband. I am passionate about helping people. I love meeting with the clients and learning about them and their families so I can make sure they are properly protected for all of life's uncertainties.

I love football and enjoy watching my 3 boys play Jr. Trucker football. It is more thrilling than watching my Packers. When I am not at work in the winter, I can be found riding snowmobiles with my husband & children. In the summer I can be found riding the Harley's with my husband. We host cookouts and I love to cook and bake for my family and friends. I have quite the knack for planning and throwing parties & it is something I just love to do. I am also pretty obsessed with the color purple and Paris. One day I will make it to Paris and get to see it for myself. I volunteer at my kid’s school whenever possible and currently serve as the Vice President of Main Street School's PTO.
